Is Pirates of the Caribbean still in business?

I sent a payment yesterday for our group of 7 for the Pirates of the Caribbean Zipline. I still have not received a reply telling us where we should meet them, etc. How long does it take for them to reply?

I put a deposit on my VISA card to them yesterday. I still have not received any response telling us where to meet them or anything. I've emailed and called several times, no response.

 

There are 7 of us who want to do the extremely extreme zipline with them on Nov 14.

 

Has anyone else had this problem?

I would give it at least 3 days before I worried.
