Does Anyone know the current situation at Castaway Cay?

I read on various boards that the Dream was supposed to go to Castaway Cay today. Does anyone know if they were able to make it or what the damage reports are for Castaway Cay? Thank you.

They delayed a day on this four day cruise and should have gone in today after having crews tidy it up yesterday, I would suspect there will be reports about 5pm Eastern if they did dock today and no news is good news, as if they were on ship someone might have posted by internet by now.

We will know by Thursday as that cruise ends.

Yep, we made it to Castaway with a better late than never attitude. It was a very difficult docking with currents and 35-40mph winds that did not subside much during our cruise. All excursions were cancelled as well as the snorkel lagoon. Basically a very cool and windy beach day. We got on about 11:00 and by 4:00 they were shooing us back to the boat but many folks had already left. I thank my lucky stars for the cabana that kept us out of the wind!

We were on the Dream Oct 28 to Nov. 1. We did go to Castaway but a day later than scheduled. Captain Henry did an awesome job docking the ship. We should have docked at 8:00 but because of the hurricane, it was a struggle but managed to get docked at 10:00 . We were supposed to be on Castaway Oct. 30, but switched days to Oct 31 to give the crews more time to clean up the island. All excursions were canceled, slides closed and beaches were smaller. We still had an awesome time on the Island and a great Halloween party that night. We were the first cruise to get to Castaway after Sandy.
