lovin_retirement Posted November 4, 2012 #1 Share Posted November 4, 2012 From the layouts shown on HAL and other sites, it looks like the bed in Queen configuration is against the bathroom wall which means one person would have to "crawl over" the other if they needed to get up in the middle of the night. Is this right?? Was thinking of upgrading from a VE, but not if one of us has to crawl over the other.:(
Krazy Kruizers Posted November 4, 2012 #2 Share Posted November 4, 2012 No crawling over each other. Here are pictures from Joanie's sticky: http://abqreunion2008.com/Noordam/Deck-6.html
DeepWaterMariner Posted November 5, 2012 #3 Share Posted November 5, 2012 There is room on both sides of the bed in an SY to stand and walk. Not as much room as in a Deluxe Veranda Suite, but there is room.

English_in_Spain Posted November 10, 2012 #5 Share Posted November 10, 2012 This is an SY on the Noordam. I think you can see that there is plenty of room between the bed and the bathroom wall I have limited mobility and slept on that side (for 33 days) without a problem.
