NCL Epic - Boot Camp Reviews

Can anyone tell me what the Boot Camp is like on the Epic? I see they offer 4 camps over the course of the 7 day cruise and wondered how intense it was, was it worth it? Any feedback would be appreciated for any of the free fitness workouts as well.

Never took the class but from the staff I saw and the room and equipment, I definately may check it out next time. The staff really knows their stuff. The gym on Epic is amazing.
