gohuskies Posted May 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted May 28, 2005 Is there a pole in the middle of the cabin? From Bonnie's photos, it looks like a pole in the deck 10 corner aft cabins.
Bonnie Voyager Posted May 29, 2005 #2 Share Posted May 29, 2005 I think only 1688/1388 have the pole in the middle of the cabins. I had no problem with the pole though. It was at the corner of the bed and was never an issue for us. I don't think you will have to worry about it in any other cabin though.
CruisinLadie Posted May 29, 2005 #3 Share Posted May 29, 2005 We were in cabin 1388 and yes there is a pole but it doesn't get in the way. Also, there is a pole on the deck. The room and deck was great....
gohuskies Posted May 29, 2005 Author #4 Share Posted May 29, 2005 Thanks so much. I have two little kids and would worry about hitting the pole. Another question. Do you hear much noise from the deck above you?

We were in cabin 1692 on Mariner which interconnects with 1694...there is no pole and we never heard any noise above from Windjammer or any vibration..... Soot was not a problem on our sailing and recommend any of those aft deck 10 cabins....sit back and enjoy.... Emmy
