Will I have time to go to Biscayne NP?

Hi,

 

We are going to be in Port of Miami from 8 to 4 on our first stop in April. We have done an airboat tour in the Everglades and not really intrested in a city/So Beach tour. Is anyone familiar with an outfit that will take us to Biscayne NP for a tour? Or another suggestion on how to spend the day.
