They do different pricing tests for different sailings. If they change specialty dinner pricing or have specialty packages for your cruise your TA will notify you unless it is a "cruise" only deal, then the package will be offered on the first day of the trip.

 

More likely than not they will offer the 3 specialty restaurant package.

The did a test run of something similar a while back. Only thing running now is the three restaurants for a set price, saves about $3 or 4.
