1388 1688 Explorer of the Seas

Thinking about booking these rooms for a cruise, will be 3 in the room and from diagram seem a bit wider in shape so it might work best. Anyone have any input into these aft cabins.

I had one of those cabins on the VY......it was three of us(all adults) and it worked out just fine......

 

I had the sofa bed which turned out to be bigger than having just one of the other beds......

 

Plenty of room ,in the cabin and out on the balcony!:)

We had 1688 on the Mariner, definitely worth it. The cabin and balcony are pretty big and you only pay the standard D1 price.

I booked 1688 on Explorer, first time on RCL, long time X, Wishing X would go out of Cape Liberty to the Islands again but hopefully find out in the spring if they move a ship up there. Im willing to give RCL a try, friends have enjoyed it and Im good with a chase lounge, hopefully can find one and sun.
