Boarding Legend in Tampa - earlier than time printed on pass?

Does anybody know if we can board the ship earlier than the time it says on our boarding pass :confused::confused:

 

 

Our boarding pass says 1:30pm but that is when the super important Redskins playoff game begins and my husband would like to get to the boat and on board as early as possible so we can eat lunch and camp out at a TV while waiting for bags :) :)

I get to the port about 10:30 and am on board by 11 most times.
