Any suggestions of places to go outside of Rome

We were in Rome 2 years again for 4 days and saw everything we needed to see. Has anyone been on other tours away from Rome when going into Civitavecchia?

There are several options, most of which would require something other than public transport:

• Orvieto
  
• Civita di Bagnoregio
  
• Bracciano
  
• Tivoli
  
• Ostia Antica
  
• or, for something completely different and having little to do with Italy, other than location, there's the Argentario golf resort about an hour north of the port in Porto Ercole
