Needing sample of activities for kids & teens on princess

I had posted a thread earlier but have not had any response. Does anyone out there have a sample of the princess patters for the kids club activities??? My son will be in the shockwave group and my daughter will be in the teen club. If anyone has a link to a sample of the patter for any day on the ship, that would be great!! I know there is a description on princess website but just thought I would see if anyone has a sample.

I had her post our Princess schedules from both Shockwaves and Remix from our Alaska cruise in 2011. Obviously there will be some differences between Alaska and the Caribbean but you get the general idea.
