cabs at Governor's beach

We are still trying to decide whether we want to rent a golf cart from Nathans, or just go by cab to Governor's. If we take a cab, will we be able to easily access a cab for our return trip back to the ship?

We were just there 2 weeks ago and there were people around to call for a cab......however it only took us 15 minutes to walk each way.

Thanks for that input. I think we will grab a cab there and then walk back. It will be our first stop and the kids will be anxious to get to the water. Any place worth stopping on the walk back?
