I've not heard anything about this yet. However, I did look back throught my notes from last year, and I believe it was announced in mid February.

Thanks for the information. I remembered knowing sometime before March of 2012 about the upcoming promotion but couldn't recall how far in advance. Hope this great promotion is repeated.
