Is it a common occurrence for a TA to refuse a next cruise certificate

I think we need one of our resident travel agents on the boards to help explain a "value add group".

Value add is when a TA adds up to $100 pp for everyone in the group for the purpose of :

transportation/transfer

special onboard program

other

The amount (up to $100) is added to the guests balance and the guest pays for it.

example, when there is a group that needs a ride to the port.....and the agency hires a bus.....the passengers all pay for that.

Thanks Kathy.
You're welcome.

No,not really..the cost is paid by the client, not the TA.I mean if a TA added OBC to everyone's account then had the passengers pay for it,it wouldn't make much sense..
