Snorkle/Snuba/Helmet Diving?

We are a family of 4 (kids ages 12 & 15) and I am trying to decide which of snorkle types to do. We have done snorkeling in the past and really like it. If anyone has experienced the snuba or helmet diving can you pass along your experiences.

Snorkling Is Great But If You Can Only Do One....my Vote Is Helmet Diving. I Did This And It Was Wonderful.....felt Like The Little Diver In The Fish Tank...........my Hair Did Not Even Get Wet And I Could Wear My Glasses.........go For It

I think if I had known what snuba was, I would have done that...it's kind like a combination of helmut diving, snorkeling and scuba. The one think I regretted was not doing that..

DH and I just did this excusion and it was great.

I don't swim and I also wear glasses. I was able to see things I would have never been able to see.

Since Greg has dived in this area for years he knows all of the plants and animals in the area. You feed fish and see all types of coral.

Your head does not get wet and you can keep your glasses on.

If the water is cooler than 80 you get a wetsuit. He has all sizes from kids to very large adults.

On the way back he showed us Parrotfish and turtles.

It was great!

If you have questions let me know!

Calm seas,

Caroline
