What do you do with your stuff for wet excursions?

I'll be solo on the NCL Epic in 2 weeks and am doing the Parasailing excursion quickly followed by the Screamin' Eagle Jet Boat when we get to St. Thomas. Just curious, what should I bring with me? Cash? just debit card? And should I bring a change of clothes with me? I know you're supposed to get soaked on the jet boat. If I bring a shoulder bag do the excursions provide a place to put you to keep it so it doesn't get soaked?
