funinthesun1964 Posted March 3, 2013 Author #26 Share Posted March 3, 2013 Are these photos showing up too large for everyone, or is it just me? Any advice on how to make them smaller, I am just copying and pasting from Facebook. Thanks.:)

funinthesun1964 Posted March 3, 2013 Author #29 Share Posted March 3, 2013 We found something to do while at Hollywood Beach! We thought we could use a little exercise. We were surprised to find that after 30 minutes of this, we were worn out!! Whew! We were then very hungry! We found a restaurant called Little Venice. I had a Stromboli, which was excellent. Cant remember what DH had. We had a pitcher of beer, which tasted very watered-down. I've had much better beer. But, the food was good and we left and were on our way! We left after walking around a bit more. We ended up at a Seminole Casino, then the Hard Rock Casino and shopping area. We all came ahead at the first casino, but I lost it all at the Hard Rock. We are not big gamblers anyway, we just do slots for a little fun. I had never been to the Hard Rock casino area, there are a lot of nice shops there. Plus, it just looks like a fun place to hang out for a while. But, we didn't stay long, we were tired and wanted to get to bed.
funinthesun1964 Posted March 3, 2013 Author #30 Share Posted March 3, 2013 Great review! The pictures are large, but I like large pictures. I'm sorry I don't have a fix for you. Thanks, you are in luck then! I did just do another post and the pictures weren't quite so big. Don't know what I did differently??? Oh well, carry on! funinthesun1964 Posted March 3, 2013 Author #31 Share Posted March 3, 2013 :D I woke fairly early. I didn't sleep all that well either. My fibromyalgia was bothering me and my legs hurt. I was so excited though! Couldn't wait to get on the ship! DH decided he would go to the workout room  Made me feel guilty. I went on a treadmill at a brisk pace for about 15 minutes, and decided I had enough of that! We had the breakfast at the hotel, I had yogurt and an apple, and lots of coffee! I think I gave in and ate a muffin too. Then we went back to the room to get cleaned up and ready to go! Sorry but I laughed so hard at this photo. Looks like DH is a ghost  I guess I've been watching too many ghost hunters, but really, what happened to this photo! He doesn't have a complete head!!! LOL! funinthesun1964 Posted March 3, 2013 Author #32 Share Posted March 3, 2013 Loading the rental car with the luggage: We were finally ready to leave! It was about 10pm. There was a grocery store nearby (Publix), we had went there the night before, I bought some Coke Zero and a toothbrush, LOL. So we knew where 95 South was, we just had to get over there. We got on the highway...and waited. Waited and waited. Slow moving traffic came to a halt. There was an accident and highway was closed further down!! We used our phone GPS apps once again and discovered another route that ran parallel to 95. Trouble was, that was full of traffic too. We realized it was going to take much longer to get to POM that we thought because of the traffic situation. We still had to return the rental car, and get the shuttle. We finally made it to the Miami airport area, returned the vehicle, and found our way to the shuttle bus. It didn't take that long. Here is the inside of the shuttle bus We get to the terminal, I wish I had had a better seat in the shuttle bus, but I was not in a very good place to get pictures. I did get a couple. funinthesun1964 Posted March 3, 2013 Author #33 Share Posted March 3, 2013 Embarkation was very painless. We arrived, stood in a short line, showed our passports and boarding documents, went upstairs, stood in another short line, had a photo, got our S&S cards, and we were on our way. We stopped for those photos they take, and walked onto the ship at 11:23 am. Not too bad considering we were in traffic for a while. If we had arrived earlier, there may have been more of a wait. So I guess our timing was perfect! We were so excited to explore the ship! I was snapping my camera everywhere, sorry if the photos are blurry. My camera takes a minute to focus, and I hastily pushed the button on some of them. Atrium upon entrance: DJ!

That would be cool to be sailing at the same time on the same ship. :-) I'll have another "Live" from (Jewel of the seas) going on next month that should help get you by till your next cruise. But I think even with that you'll need another cruise before October. :-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. Please excuse any typographical errors. In fact, I know it. Unfortunately, I ran out of vacation days  My anniversary at work doesn't start again until October 4th. So I think I will just have to wait it out. I will look forward to your review, though. You will have to post a link for me when it's done. :)
