Gluten Free Request

I've included my gluten free needs on the cruise personalizer and sent emails. Is there anything else that I need to do?

Go and meet with the maitre d' on embarkation day and he can go over the menu choices and let you know where you can eat and what your choices are. It works best if you have traditional dining, but can work for anytime dining also. They want to help you and can give you good advice.
