Need ideas - struggling to get points put onto latitudes

Hi

 

my son has 7 points missing from his latitudes account. We fill out the online form on NCL.com which says give them 60 days and approx 55 days later he gets an email to say they have combined his accounts but the points remain the same. We have gone round this cycle twice already and get the same email - each time they amend his latitudes number.

 

His 2012, 2010 and 2009 cruises are there but nit his 2011. We send the booking reference each time and cabin number but they never update it.

 

Suggestions please on how we can get this rectified - we are in the UK and NCL.com by phone tell us to ring the UK arm and the UK arm tells us to fill out the form.

 

We even tried getting one of the future cruise reps on a ship to sort it - he said he faxed the information in - but that didn't work either

 

Anyone got a better idea - these points take him from Silver to Gold so it is important he gets them.
