We are looking at booking at an excursion that is free for kids 12 and under but when we try to book it online it charges us full price for both of the kids -- anyone know how to fix this? FYI There are three adults at regular price in addition to the kids The kids date of birth are properly recorded in the booking information Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Carnival rep said it should be free (she verified the kids DOB on file) but could not help me. She told me to send an email to the excursion dept : shoreexcursions@carnival.com and tell them my situation and they would reply in 48 hours.
