Traveling with disabled mom fll-mia

We are flying from Vancouver to Ft Lauderdale and our cruise leaves from Miami. We don't drive, so which is the best way to get from the airport to the cruise terminal on a budget.

We are renting a power chair for the actual cruise, but she will be using the airport wheel chairs and oxygen.
