Chefs Table - Which night? 4 Nights on the Sensation

I leave for my first cruise on the Sensation next week for 4 nights (Freeport, Nassau, day at sea).

 

Does anyone know what night they would usually hold the Chefs Table dinner?

 

We are staying in Nassau till 1AM on the 3rd night. I believe formal night is the 2nd night in Freeport.

 

Any help would be great... just trying to plan out activities.
