Dream Luggage Express Flyer - Anyone have a copy

Does anyone have a copy of the luggage express flyer that I could read, want to double check we can take advantage of this program. I read the Carnival website description but I know the plan is different from ship to ship.

Well I'm back and thankfully we were able to use Luggage Express and it was one of the best travel purchases I've ever made. If you can use this program do it!!!

 

One of my concerns was which airlines participated in the program and the times of your flight. If you call carnival or look on their website they wont tell you which airlines participate. I was all set to fly on Virgin America but at last second I decided to go United figuring that the major airlines use the service. Glad I went with my gut, Virgin does not participate.
