ltprn Posted June 17, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 17, 2005 I originally booked a group cruise with 8 cabins on the Caribbean Princess for September 24, 2005. I booked these way back in August of 2004. We were told that we would receive a $50.00 per person cabin credit and a Coupon Book. Now that final payment is due I've had 4 couples (cabins) to cancel and get a refund. That only leaves 4 of us couples going and we have all made final payment. My question is - will we still get the Onboard Credit and the Coupon Book that was promised to us at booking last year? Or will they take this away because we don't have a "group" cruise any longer? I know I can call my TA, but I just hate to bother them - seems like I've called them 2-3 times per week in the last month, and I hate to sound greedy! Thanks! Toto2Kansas Posted June 17, 2005 #2 Share Posted June 17, 2005 Sorry but I think there is a minimum that must be booked to get the perks of a group booking. And I don't think 4 cabins even comes close. So sorry to hear you had cancellations.
LARGIN Posted June 17, 2005 #3 Share Posted June 17, 2005 Toto is correct unless your TA booked your group as part of a much larger group. Best to contact your agent on this one..
