Hotels?!?

When we last cruised in 2011 one of our stops was St Maarten, and we loved it. We have discussed going back for a vacation just to St Maarten. However, I don't recall seeing a lot of hotels.

 

Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for hotels, private rentals, etc.?

There is a WIDE selection of hotels, timeshare rentals, private villas, etc. available across all price points.

 

What is your timeframe, budget, preferences, etc.?

We have stayed at Capt Oliver's on Oyster Bay a couple of times and it was nice. We also stayed at the Alezia, but I think the French people that owned it may have sold it and the name may have changed. You need a rental car.
