toga party on the splendour of the seas

Hi everyone, we are sailing on the splendour of the seas august 6 to the med. west. Is it true the night we sail from rome we are given toga robes to wear that evening, I hope so, that sound like fun!! Thanks

I don't remember this from our last May trip...

 

And besides..we were exausted after almost 9 hours trip to Rome. (even with private guide) Can't imagine participating in any party.;)

don't know which nite is the toga night. might be wed.

 

sunday and thurs is the formal night.

 

we are on this cruise on 7/16 and have done a lot of research but not

on the toga night.

 

do understand that if you ask your cabin steward, he will wrap you up in a toga for you.

We have just returned - the toga party was in the Solarium and they were provided. I didn't go and was told that not many people turned up- however they showed it in the cruise video and people seemed to be having a good time!
