Carnival Airport Drop Off for a Late Flight

Hi, we get into Barcelona around 5am but our flight back to the UK isn't until 8:30pm and we have a transfer with Carnival from the ship - airport, does anybody know if we will be taken directly to the airport or dropped at a hotel in Barcelona for a few hours before being picked up and taken to the airport?

It looks like you can purchase a direct transfer to the airport or go on a post cruise sight seeing and shopping excursion prior to being taken to the airport.

 

I'm not seeing anything involving a day pass at a hotel though.
