Upgrading Cabin After Booking... Can I Do It Online?

I just did this a couple of days ago and upgraded an inside spa to a cove balcony. Had to call the 800 number and waited a couple of minutes for all the messages to play but once I had representative on the phone it took a grand total of about 2 minutes. If you have a room selected make sure you let the rep know or they will gladly assign you randomly.

 

You'll need booking number ready and suggest to have a mock booking on another page so you can confirm rates and room choice.
