We booked a cruise for 2014 believing that we would be paying 2013 prices, but found out after we made our booking that the 2013 prices only apply to very few of their Europe river cruises. After our TA poured over their brochure she did find the restrictions, but when reading their brochure online, I did not see it. They have their brochure out without prices and getting people to book now, bad customer service on their part.
