The butlers rotate around the ship about every 8 weeks.

I have no idea if this is true, but our butler on the Pearl this past winter was telling us that its not uncommon to rotate butlers around on ships for garden villa passengers if they have enough time to do so. So why not put in a request to the pre-cruise concierge desk? Whoever you get, you will have an amazing time! Our butler spoiled us, and I seemed to love that we were always happy to see him.

My parents came off the Dawn yesterday and said a lot of staff was going home or moving to other ships. The butler they had was going home to the Philippines for 6 weeks then training butlers for the Breakaway and Getaway.

Thanks for responding - just thought it would be fun to have the same butler again - he did such an awesome job.

 

I'm sure that won't stop us from booking the suite again.
