Earliest Fight From Houston Hobby

I will be sailing out of Galveston and wondered what the earliest time I can safely book my flight out of Houston Hobby?

It is about a 45 minute drive from Galveston to Hobby. If you can get off the ship by 8am, an hour to transportation, get there 2 hours prior for check in and security. I would say no earlier than 11am

I would never book before Noon. I was on ecstasy when it hit the dock and on conquest when there was fog, which is common in the winter months. We didnt get off until past 10 am both times.

 

I plan ahead and dont want to worry if something goes wrong.. which happens more than Id like.

Unless Galveston has changed the port some, it was pretty congested when we sailed from there a few years ago. I don't think, based on the distance to Houston, that I would book a flight any earlier than 1:00pm. If you get there really fast, enjoy a good lunch before your flight.

I think i saw somewhere they don't recommend before 1pm for that port
