Help with excursions

My wife and I will be in San Juan the Wednesday before Thanksgiving this year on the Carnival Liberty. We are looking for suggestions on excursions. Any one who has been and has some suggestions we would appreciate your input. Thanks for your help!

We did the Segway tour and loved it! Great instructor/guide and fun to ride the Segway.

We have stayed in old San Juan the last 5 yrs before our cruise leaves and have always just done our own thing epically since staying in a hotel you don't have to rush back to meet a deadline anywhere. You can go to the forts there, they have 2 within walking distance in OSJ.

Also, there is so much to see around there with the shops, you can ferry over to the rum factory just ride there in OSJ.

We took the trolley tour, we rode on the crazy buses for 25 cents anywhere to all parts of ocean park, condado, and isla verde to go the beaches there for the day. We decided they next day to hire a taxi rather than ride the bus, but it was an experience!

You can do tour, but there is really so much to do there on your own without paying the big prices!
