Monaco train/bus to marina question

Does anyone know how far and difficult it is to walk from the train station and/or the bus station to the area where the ships are. Our ship is leaving out of Monte Carlo and I need an idea. I really can't tell how hard the walk is from the maps.

 

After reading all the post about how pretty the bus ride is, we will probably be taking the bus but I do not know for sure. I appreciate any information.
