Attire for Monte Carlo Casino & money in Turkey

I have read conflicting info. Need someone with very recent first hand experience to confirm attire for both men & women for Grand Casino in Monte Carlo. Also what currency or currencies are accepted in & around Ephesus, Turkey? Which is the best or most universal?

I replied about 2 hours ago...don't know what happened but here is what I said. I have been into the Monte Carlo Casion in very casual attire. If you have any kind of big bag, it will have to be checked (such as back pack, large purse, etc.) Most vendors in Ephesus prefer cash--you get a much better rate (even with American cash) than with credit card. This was several years ago and not on a ship's tour--it could have changed since then.
