Closest beach access to port?

Just wondering what the closest beach access to the port is?

Something we could walk. Mostly just to take a few photos.

Seven Mile Beach (to your LEFT when you are exiting the port area OR Smith Barcadere (to your RIGHT when you are exiting the port area). Neither are what I would consider "close" though. You can take a cab or the bus to Seven Mile Beach. To Smith Cove I would suggest taking a cab, the bus in that direction runs much less frequently than the routes to Seven Mile Beach.

The bus will stop pretty much anywhere you want. Just let the driver know where you want to go. On the way back just flag down a bus as it approaches.
