Diamond. However, it's not automatic, so call Royal's Crown & Anchor society to get it set up.

I forgot to mention that once your friend is enrolled in C&A at the Diamond level, they are eligible for discounts on any stateroom with a balcony. This is another perk that is not automatic, and must be requested. This can apply to a cruise that is already booked. This can be requested from C&A or travel agent if your friend's booking is handled by an agent.

Oh yes, my favorite perk, the balcony discount! She will be plesantly surprised as there is no Elite balcony discount with Celebrity.
