Cruising on NCL Jewel, has anyone stayed in this cabin? It seems pretty close to aft. will we feel the motion of the ship more?

Without taking the time to look it up, hard to say if this is a balcony, inside or oceanview. Being on level 9, I will rule out oceanview.

 

But, in general, low midships has the least motion. Aft is better than forward, so you are probably fine. Still, keep in mind that some people have problems more with long easy seas, and some with rough seas.
