From South Korea and want to cruise

I have a passport do I need to fill out a ESTA form. Carnival sent me a page saying I require this. Does anyone know if I must do this. I traveled before to the US and have cruiseed and never heard of this.

If Carnival sent you something saying that you are required to do it, then I would wager that you are required to complete the ESTA form.
