Taxi in Hamburg

Does anyone know how much it will cost for a taxi from the ship terminal in Hamburg to the airport?

Which cruise terminal, Cruise Center Altona or Cruise Center HafenCity?

 

Depends on the time of the day, but public transportation might not only be cheaper but also faster.

 

Taxi costs, I can only guess, would say 40 Euro.

We will be disembarking in Hamburg in mid-June at the Hafencity terminal on a Saturday morning. Should there be plenty of taxis waiting at the terminal to get us to the airport or should we pre-arrange a private car?

 

Our flight is at 10:50am. Is getting to the airport 2 hours early acceptable? I'm not sure how big the airport is and the time needed to get around.
