triumph balcony particians, do they open

Recommended Posts

On our last Triumph cruise, we had three adjacent balcony cabins. The cabin steward said we had to call Guest Services and give them the cabin numbers. They authorized the cabin steward to open only one of the dividers and said they would not open the other since it would cover the door.

When you look at the dividers, it is obvious that all can be opened. The rules and procedures are different on other ships. On Carnival Magic, our cabin steward opened both dividers for us without having to check with Guest Services first. Go configure!

We were on the Triumph a year ago and even though our cabins were next to each other and the partition blocked the door, he got special permission and we just held it open with a chair. But, if we had been traveling with children they said it would not have been possible.
