Oct. 6 2013 Star Princess to Hawaii

This is our first Princess cruise. Has anyone gone on this ship recently and stayed in a mini suite:confused:? How was it, old, refurbished, location? We are booked on the Emerald Deck, back of ship and before final payment, would like some reassurance:eek: it is quiet and updated. Any Pictures of mini-suites?

I was just on the ship, and did not notice any rust or obvious imperfections.....but I certainly was not looking for them. Cannot comment on your cabin....I was in a mid-ship suite which was in perfect condition.

You picked a great location. The minis on Emerald have coverage from above. The ones on Dolphin are open to the elements.

Don't know about the suites but we were on Star last October and the ship is in excellent overall shape. Enjoy! :)
