gamaja Posted August 6, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 6, 2013 I have a few questions about the Virgin Islands Sailaway tour on Carnival in Tortola. I think the catamaran is Palu. I am a plus size wowan and would like to know the difficulty of getting in and out of the boat, and into the water. I see that the tour is listed as easy. Also, is there a restroom (head) on the catamaran? Thank you.;)
blue_water Posted August 6, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 6, 2013 Hi, I don't know of a "Palu" cat but it could be. It's not Patouche is it? All of the cats I know of in Tortola have stairs you use to get in and out of the water so very easy but not sure about this particular excursion. And they will have 1 or 2 heads and most have a short but vertical ladder. These typically head for Norman Island for a snorkel stop at the Caves or the Indians followed by a stop at Pirate's Bight on Norman, the restaurant on Cooper Island, or the floating Willie T. gamaja Posted August 6, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted August 6, 2013 No, it's not Patouche... the cat is Ppalu or Palu. The tour is called Virgin Islands Sailaway. Thanks for your information.

gamaja Posted August 6, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted August 6, 2013 Thank you. Not sure if it's the same one for the Carnival excursion. The second link does look more like it. Here is the Carnival photo:
