My wife and I are taking our first river cruise next year on board the Avalon Artistry II. Can anyone advise if laundry services are available on Avalon river vessels? Thanks. Willbrook

Yes, there is laundry service on the Artistry II. It was very reasonable and quick turn around when we used it earlier this year.

We were on the Avalon Panorama last august and we thought the laundry services prices were quite reasonable and very prompt.

 

I did wash under wear in our cabin, but other clothes we did send to be laundered. :)

Just curious. I heard prices were by the piece, but is it the same procedure as the big ocean ships? They wash your laundry in warm water & machine dry?
