Clothing for Southhampton to NYC on Caribbean Princess end of this month-Help

Southampton is colder than a New York summer, but warmer than a New York winter. Take clothes that fit in between the two. Presumably you're OK with what to wear at the New York end, as you live there.

You might get a better answer if you ask a specific question. For example, I'd be wasting my time telling you what sort of rainwear to carry at the airport if your concern is whether to wear gold lame at the formal dinner.

Need help deciding what to take

I daresay no one on these boards knows what's in your wardrobe, so how can we suggest what particular clothes you should take?:D Perhaps a friend or roommate can help you with your selection. ;)

On the other hand... if you're asking what the weather is like in Southampton, there are a number of websites that can give you that information at the click of a mouse:

Where are you stopping? I would pack/dress for early fall weather. In other words, capris, pants and differnt tops/sweaters to cover a day in the 70's and as low as 50's. Might pack one pair shorts for a nice sunny day. If you are going to be on deck on sea days, the air will be cool.

As asked, what exactly do you need to know? Port days, sea days, nights?
