Has anyone ever checked in for their flight while still on board the Fantasy? And are you able to print the boarding passes?

Yes I checked in on the a fantasy, and other ships but you can't print out boarding passes, just do the cup heck in and then at airport tell them and they give the cards there. The Internet is good and quite s good speed on the fantasy.

If I can't print the boarding passes, does it even pay to do it on board since I will still have to wait online at MCO? Also how much is the internet on board?

Well the only thing is to ask guest services but they they will ask you to pay for prints. I do not think its to safe, I do online check in to ensure I have my allocated seat numbers and they know I am coming and don't over sell the flight, slo if the ship was late in it saves time.http://disneycruise.disney.go.com/ships-activities/ships/services/internet-phone-services/#wifi
