cruiz30 Posted September 11, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 11, 2013 Can someone tell me the make and model of the blow dryer on NCL Breakaway balcony rooms. I really liked them and want to see if I can purchase one for home.

sdmike Posted September 11, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 11, 2013 I am going on Breakaway in October I always bring my own because I never like the one on the ship. If it is good I will leave mine home general consensus in several threads is that the dryers are great and you don't need to bring your own. Wife says it's more of a "pro salon" model. Here's my pic of one on the Jewel
Godiva830 Posted September 11, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 11, 2013 I hated the hair dryer on the Breakaway. It didn't get hot enough. I have long thick hair. I brought my own hair dryer and my hair dryer blew the outlets out in the cabin and I had to use the one in the cabin.
NYGirl1002 Posted September 11, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 11, 2013 The one on the Breakaway was not strong enough. It took too much time to dry my daughter's hair and it's long and thin. I liked the one on the Jewel however and I wonder if they are exactly the same.
cruiz30 Posted September 12, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted September 12, 2013 I really liked the one we had on our Sept. 1st sailing on breakaway. It was definitely a professional model. Similar to the picture posted of the one on the Jewel but I think an updated model.
