I know the previous poster said there is a hair dryer in the cabin, but I don't think so. On the smaller, older ships, you have to ask your room steward for one. I've been told they run out (although I've never had that experience).

The elation, Ecstasy and triumph all had hair dryers either in the drawer or on the bathroom wall

I've always found them, haven't heard of that, although, people don't use them as much as they used to. :)
