Did you like the cake, did you make any embellishments to it?

 

Did you have favors for your guests, what did the table look like?

Saturday Sept 7 2013~ today was a rough start.. As I had NOT made any plans for the day (Sat was a free day for everyone to chill, sight see, whatever on their own) as I was taking pre Wedding Day to get myself together, do last min things etc… Got to sleep in Which was good 1. Bc I have been working SOOOOO hard alone to plan this Wedding bc I wanted to make sure it was Top Notch, #2. Drinking the night b4 so I should have got to sleep in.. It was Raining when I open the Curtins… First thing I said Wooo LORD Please let it rain all day today so it will be nice and Sunny on my day.. … We final wake all the way up and she starts to get ready for her and her Best Women to go to Mens Warehouse to pick up their Tux.. I get a phone call that’s its gonna take longer then they thought.. After going and trying them on b 4, 4 some reason they didn’t fit!!! NO wait gain. BC I made my baby watch her food intake too so that want it.. She said they both look like steve erkle, and I woulnt dare let her be on that State with some High Waters on!!!!!!!!!!! Well that one hour (bc it as a 25 min drive) turned into like 4 hours.. While they were fixing the Tux they happen to find a mallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.. Oh Lord Help your DD out.. I think they were having the times of their lifes. While im up now being a Bride making sure we were ready to goo..

Nanny and Mom came over for a dress fitting while they were gone, Which was great… They brought the Dress down and I got to business!!!! I had TWO different Shape wear to wear… Yes I was 250pounds and I now am 203 With that being said NO bride or female wants to have lumps in their Pix.. True they are NOT cheap (I went to sears where I normally go to get my Shape wear to try them on, THEN I went to Ebay well had my mom bc I neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr order anything on Ebay b4 I don’t even have a Pay Pal so Thank GOD for her and Ordered them for me.. HALF the price for the SAME product brand new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I end up getting more items from there too) Ok So for dress one, that was easy got into that one good.. When I brought it, it was on SALE!!! Mom loved it so much and Got it for me.. I turned around in it, I danced in it, and I walked around in it.. PLEASEEEEE make sure though Since I lost weight I had Flab in different area’s (just being real) have u a Look out person that checks you out..I had that side front fat going and was Pissed, But hey I looked good besides that and my arms.. My dress was dropped from a 20 to 16. I DIDN’T go back to David’s Bridal to get my alteration they were tooo dern high for my liking.. it would had been over $600. PLEASE my Dress wasn’t even half off that.. SO I found this lady in Williamsburg, VA that did EVERYTHING for $45!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I started to cry, I couldn’t believe it!!!! Oh Course when David’s Bridal Call to make my Appt they had this type of Grin U can hear through the phone, and told me that they will be there for my needs if anything happens. I MADE sure to call them b 4 I left for Miami to tell them EVERYTHING went wonderfully and I saved over 95%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Back to me and nanny/Mom.. Took Dress #1 off and then switch Shape wear and put on dress#2.. This was a Hot lil short Number that I just l couldn’t wait to get in… Well I brought this shape wear a lil smaller and it took me a min to get into. I was jumping around that suite like a Bunny Rabbit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was nothing my Mom OR Nanny could do to help me, They were tooo week to pick them selves off the ground bc they were LOL soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Hard.. I don’t think they knew Just how serious I was about this hunty! I finally got it on and the dress was more then easy to zipping up, so I may could have left her off, lolol.. I sat down, drop it low, dancing around. I was kool, this dress and the other dress, and both SW worked. After almost choking themselves to death, they finally got both dresses back in the bag and went back to their room holding their Tummys.. Right b 4 they were going to leave My Stylist came by and she wanted a piece of the Meet & Greet Cake, but too she came to check on me.. (Forgot that part she went over hair for both Dresses up & down look) once Nanny & Mom left me and Tammy set there and talked about some things, and the Best part I remember was us talking about JUST how gooooood GOD is.. I LOVE these talks yall…

Finally Baby was back and I was about to leave to go have lunch with the gurls..It had STOP raining, and so we were walking over to Bayside, I wanted my Sister to come but she was feeling sick still L If you don’t know. My ONLY BM to come out to 5 was my sister, me and her just found each 3 years ago I was 27 and she was 30. When I tell U GOD is no joke and he has Blessed me Beyond my Wildest dream that is soooo what I mean.. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok so we went to Hard Rock Café it was Soooo yummy.. Since sissy couldn’t come I went to check on her once I got back.. While over there I ran into a lot of my Wedding Party.. Eating, Drinking, taking Boat Trips, etc just having a great time!!! Again that Location was the best to have things for people to do with a cab, Now there were those that went down to South Beach and that was kool too..

Sat Early Evening I took time to pack all our Bags and get my one bag that had all the Meet & Greet items over to my Uncle since he was checking that for his free99 bag with Jetblue.. Took it to his room and come to find out him and my Step Dad was goon to south beach.. well excuse me lol.. My mom and nanny made sure he got it.. D and her Groomwomen had drifted away to some stores and other places.. glad I didn’t really need her, lol.. She was having the time of her life… I also Got my Wedding Notebook in order for tomorrow JUST incase there would be some mess. AND what do you know! Wait until Wedding Day Review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saturday Night~ Was Dinner with about 10 of my crew at Bubba Gump Shrimp.. That salad was the BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the drink!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMGossssh… We all LOL, and had a great time.. Off to check on my sister one last time then off to bed.. As I thught… I/we ended up get all kinda visitors to the Suite… It was funny bc I made then set on the bed as I was all ready in there in my Comfy PJ’S/// Yess D was there with me.. I was going to do the sleep apart thing. But when it boils down to it,she IS my BF, My Lover my Everything and there is no other place I wanted to wake up..

Who is this magician in Williamsburg who altered your dress for such a great price? I will be on I-64 soon!

1. NO i DIDN'T care for the cake at all, BUT my guest said it was good, and in my book thats ALLL that matters.. I forgot to tell them to save the rest for dinner but my Gurls (carnial werkers ) were on it.. Guest ate it the same night, by the next night I was passing it around to the tables around me.. There was one table behind me that was gritting on us very hard starting the 1st night (i guess they didnt like Gay people and then I had TWO 10 top tables. I made sure to ask them if they wanted a piece!!!! lol.. I did print out a pix i like of two different cakes, I told them I wanted the top layer as pix 1 and then bottom layer pix 2.. I brought some flowers they didnt work so Carnival free style it for me and it was JUST as i like it!!!! it was kool.. I actual got to meet the guy that did the cake (i did the behind the scene tour) i thank him alot..

2. If you take a look at my pix.. and im stilladding more for yall to that folder.. We went with Shot Glasses.. they said "stolen from DD & TT Wedding and the date.. Some folks actual stole more then one, but we allllllllllll ready knew that would happen so we packed more.. I asked for two tables I think they would had been 3ft each, but I ending up only using 1 table.. That had our Favors, Gift box, and Wedding Guest Tree(they had to dip their finger in pink or Purple paint and stick it on a brach on the tree) super cute!!! I also had a regular guest book..

3. He was good but he was a Smart Nice Ahole!! Must of the pix were great. and yesssssssssssssssss it ook for every to go through them and pix.. I will get on this in teh review. But he didnt want to touch up the ones we got bc he touched up a good amount that HE liked... But to answer your ?, the pix were great there were just ones that I wanted that he would touch up bc they dont HAVE to touch up any in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! errrrrrrrrrrrrrr honey u done started something now.... Clam down tima..lolol

Cake~ I just got two pix off line that I like.. Told them I wanted it just like that BUT squared (no extra charge) and that was that..I order my Bling {R} from ebay wasnt even $10 bucks I thank GOD for my mama and her dealing with ebay bc hunty i was soooooo loss... I didnt want the Normal CArnival Cake U know.. Im a OUt of the box do my own things, lol

custom cocktails~ Thats easy.. Call Ur Wedding gurl at Carnival and tell her to email you the Cocktail list.. There will be Three to pick from We pick the best two we like the other on wasnt so gooood to us.. and then re just renamed them mine was HOT MIAMI BRIDE in Spanish.. NO i dont speak a lick of it, but its just soooo Sexy & Cute...

Yesss Sure add me :) Thank you sooo much , and GAY is happy lol so BAMMMM .. They were looking at us so nasty and hard.. What they didnt know is half of the people at the table were straight.. SMH... Whatever they dont have no daily ties to me or my life. lol..

Wellllllllllll As you know I ended up with about 33ish I think that came.. BUT only about 18 were sailing... so i had FREE hands everywhere.. After giving my clothes luggage to the porters the only thing I carried was my Purse & Tote bag.. (wedding binder,etc) WHICH CAME IN HAND!!!!!).. My MOM had one bag with favors (bc we had a meeting the day b 4 the cruise about where I wanted everything to go and I gave them pix/notes. My Uncle carried a box full of another favor, My Step dad carried another box that had items in it.. My Friend carried my Dresses.. Once we hot throught the Security Line my Coordinator grap evereything We had, put it on her lil cart, and i gave her too a chart Of how I wanted it, She hooked it up so my mom and nanny wouldnt have to be in there doing it while they could be getting dressed..

PLEASE ASK AWAY, THATS WHAT IM HEAR FOR. I KNOW I HAD A BALL I WANT TO DO IT OVERRRRRRRRRRRR AND I WANT TO HELP EVERYONE THAT WANTS TO BE HELPED.. SHARING IS CARING AND YOU GET BLESSING NOT BE SELFISH U KNOW:p:D

Top of the morningggggggggggggggggggggggggg. Happy Wedding Day Timaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.. As I open my eyes and and give GOD Thanks for allow me to wake up and see yet another day, a BIG DAY, A Day I have dreamed of all my life I was in tears…. This was one the Longest year and a half I have ever been through.. I have been hurt, lied to, 8 cxl bridesmaid/grooms women, lost out on A LOT of $$$, sometimes I didn’t get answers from Carnival, But with all that said I W O U L D N’T change a Thing about it.. Everything in Life has a Lesson to be learned.. Ok Back to that morning I couldn’t really sleep so I was up by 630am.. I wasn’t getting my Hair nor make up done at the Hotel so I was good on that part.. I got up Shower, and made sure all my Ducks were swimming in a row.. Check notes, checked Wedding bags, made sure I had everything out of my REGULAR Bag that had to do with Wedding, I had already had the lil bell cart the night before so I finish putting the rest of bags/boxes, wedding Dresses/tux up there.. Got the room back in order (am I the only one that pre cleans a room b 4 housekeeping comes? And NO I’m not trashy, just like to make it a lil easierJ ).. Ok Room is cleaned up, we are packed, D is still sleeping of course.. We had a suite but I kept going in and out of that room, don’t matter she slept through it, lol// SO I wanted some fresh air and time to myself.. There was a CVS 1.5 blocks away.. I headed down there alone on this Beautifulllllllllllllll Sunday Morning, Bc if u remember the day b4 it was Raining in the am.. I get there ready to get my shop on, bc This trip I was soooooo off, I mean we did go to Costco and I got some Liquor for the Meet & Greet but I didn’t get any wine. When I say this Trip was a lot about making sure others were ok, and things were going smoothly that is soooo what I mean.. So I was going up each row, and my phone ring.. I’m thinking Oh GOD here we go??? It was my Sister.. She was looking for me so we could go get our face done.. That was ok, she was a tad off, I said no you’re going alone and gave her the Stylist Room #.. I think she had the Appts set up 730/800/830 which worked great.. After talking to her and knowing Her, My mom, and Nanny where good on Makeup, I kept shopping.. Wine, makeup(for trip), Some ladies items realllllly they are never needed but stress was on another level I guess, and baby wanted some Sunglasses to wear for the day I told her if that’s she wants to wear then that’s fine with me.. Came back to the room, by this time D was moving around , and got a few things in order… the phones were blowing up by now.. D’s Best WoMan called her and asked her about the Wedding CD’S so they went to the Car to listen to make sure they worked and they did..

Moving forward I believe I told everyone to be in the Lobby around 915am, When We got down there at 915 folks where down in the lobby waiting, putting their Bags in the Holding Closet & in their Cars, and waiting on me to tell them where to line up for the Shuttle I set up. I was SOOO proud, I was all loud in the lobby talking about GOOOO TEAM, I C U!!!!!!!..lol.. I told the Concierge I had a group and how many it was, $5pp each way since not ALL were sailing or they were following behind the shuttle.. It took me a min to get everyone loaded, and on board. The real time I had for us to leave was 950am (for all the times again they are either on or a tiny bit off, since I was sooooo busy I didn’t get to clock everything) but I do know that 950 am, was on. We were only 5 mins away NOT even that much away.. We rolled out and had about 5 cars behind us.. I promise you, we were there b 4 10:00am. We all pull into the Port and here her OOOOO ooowwww, woooow, lol that’s a BIG ship, even heard a couple of dammmsssss.. Almost to the door and we stop, this Lady get‘s on OUR shuttle, NOW, I was running this show and made EVERY Single Plan that you could think off and Old gurl WASN’T one of them……………………. Ok this is a LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGG Day So I have to break it way down…… Stay tuned to see who the heffar was that got on our Shuttle, and the check in’s, luggage drops, and WHO wasn’t on Carnivals list that I sent in and what happen!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my gosh girl I can't believe there were people not on carnival's list! I hope everything worked out okay!

 

Do you have a template of the chart of how you wanted everything? I hope my coordinator is as good as yours!!

 

 

I would like the template as well if you happen to have one........

So what room was the actual ceremony in, was in a long way between there and the reception area?

 

Did you have a DJ?

 

Did you tour the ship before the wedding?
