Tampa--special entrance for Platinum/Diamond

It's been stated on the main Carnival board that Tampa has an entrance door to the terminal for Platinum/Diamond guests. I've been there many times and never saw this. I know there is a VIP check in once you get through security but they were saying you can avoid the long security line and go in a shorter one.

 

Can anyone shed any light on this?

There was a VIP entrance in September. It is the second door just after the main entrance to the port building. If I remember correctly it said VIP, Diamond/Platinum and Faster to the Fun. They checked your boarding pass at the door and the ushered you inside. Once inside a staff member would escort you through security and on to the check in area. After that it was just a matter of following the VIP signs. Hope that helps.
