Oasis January 4th

We are going to Oasis in January. Couple of questions:

 

1. We want to eat two nights in specialty restaurants, thinking about booking Giovannis and 150 CP. We dont have enormous budget, so how much does wine costs in these restaurants? 1 bottle is enough for us.

 

2. We want to book Bootcamp program but what about port days, is the classes only on seadays? We dont want to miss a class but also want to book excursions that start early in the morning.

 

3. Best place for breakfast after morning workout, around 8.30? We are very athletic but thats why we eat ALOT :) Prefer oatmeal, fresh fruits, omelets, yogurts, cheese, also some baked stuff, pancakes and pastrys, and good Cafe Americano.
